Paul has a diverse practice in litigation, employment, regulatory, zoning and media law. His litigation experience has an emphasis on business-to-business dispute resolution in the areas of manufacturing, construction, and real estate. He also provides a broad range of legal services to municipalities and local governments and serves as legal advisor to several Northern Kentucky governmental entities. With the firm’s media clients, Paul handles a variety of First Amendment issues. He has practiced law in Northern Kentucky since 1997, having previously served as an officer in the U.S. Navy JAGC.
