Stacy joined the firm in 2005 as a member of the commercial litigation group, assisting clients with the efficient and just resolution of personal and business disputes. Stacy’s work includes complex fraud and commercial litigation, Internet trademark dispute resolution, and First Amendment and other media issues. A former journalist, Stacy has first-hand knowledge of the practical impact of First Amendment issues and the issues arising from the infusion of technologies into the information and business world.
Stacy is a graduate of Indiana University School of Law—Bloomington, where she received her Juris Doctor, cum laude. There she was a managing editor of the Indiana Law Journal, and an executive judge coordinator for the Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition, in which she was a semi-finalist in her second year. In 2002, she graduated from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana, with her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, concentrated in news-editorial. In 2001, Stacy worked in the International Editions of National Geographic Magazine in Washington, D.C. She was a coach for the Ohio Center for Law-Related Education High School Mock Trial Competition, is co-chair of the Firm's Community Service Team, member of the Firm's Women's Professional Development Group, and is secretary of the Cincinnati Bar Association Young Lawyers Section.
